DextraData among the 10 best IT service providers of 2023

Clients confirm: DextraData is uncomplicated and flexible

Essen, September 14, 2023 – In the annual customer survey conducted by ChannelPartner and COMPUTERWOCHE, DextraData achieved a spot in the top 10 best IT service providers in Germany in the revenue class up to 50 million Euros. Furthermore, DextraData achieved top scores particularly in the categories "Response Time/Communication", "Strategic Understanding/Customer Understanding", and "Flexibility in Collaboration". The Essen-based IT service provider also achieved above-average results in eleven other revenue-independent categories.

Since 2008, ChannelPartner and COMPUTERWOCHE have been conducting a large-scale independent study on customer satisfaction of German system houses and IT consulting firms, which is accompanied by the iSCM Institute. A total of 2,377 customers rated 648 IT service providers on a scale of -100 to 100 using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) across 16 categories. Only 60 IT service providers nationwide ultimately made it into the ranking.

In addition to their satisfaction with service providers, participants were also surveyed on general aspects. For example, which criteria are crucial for them when selecting an IT service provider. With 70%, "Simple and uncomplicated collaboration" was particularly important to the respondents. Precisely in this category, DextraData achieved an outstanding result with an NPS of 90.0. In the category "Response Time/Communication", DextraData achieved its best result with an NPS of 95.0, placing 3rd in the ranking of all IT service providers nationwide.
