Enginsight and DextraData enter security partnership

Essen, August 16, 2023 – DextraData and the Jena-based cybersecurity provider Enginsight agree on a new security partnership. With this cooperation, DextraData expands its cybersecurity portfolio. This expansion enables DextraData to perform software-supported security analyses of customer environments – including surface and deep scans (penetration tests) – in defined test sets. DextraData clients can now use the security software platform, developed entirely in Jena, for their security strategy.

Enginsight is a software platform for IT and cybersecurity that maps both the attacker's and the defender's perspectives within a single framework. The platform provides companies with comprehensive transparency regarding existing and new attack surfaces (monitoring, CVE scanner, and pen-testing) and enables live defense against attacks that have already penetrated firewalls or sandboxes. With Enginsight, DextraData offers its clients a state-of-the-art anti-cybercrime solution.

Since 2017, Enginsight's self-developed software has been deployed in numerous small and medium-sized enterprises. Enginsight is particularly the perfect technological complement for Managed Services Providers like DextraData, both to assess their clients' security level and to help companies implement directives such as EU NIS2.
