Relief through efficient digitalisation: DextraData launches a subsidiary for the healthcare sector
With a dedicated healthcare company, DextraData bundles solutions that support hospitals and care institutions on their path to digitalisation.

Essen, January 15, 2025 – Less stress for employees, more time for patients: With the founding of DextraData Healthcare Technologies GmbH, the Essen-based software provider DextraData is focusing on innovative solutions for the entire healthcare sector. The subsidiary, which has been operational since the beginning of January 2025, offers a comprehensive, AI-powered software suite that makes daily work in medical practices, clinics, care facilities, and other medical institutions simpler and more secure.
"Even without funding from the KHZG (Hospital Future Act), digitalization remains a central topic in healthcare. With DextraData Healthcare Technologies, we can offer innovative, staff-relieving solutions that contribute to the vision of a connected, modern healthcare landscape," explains Matthias Beuth, CEO of DextraData Healthcare Technologies.
Reduce Stress, Save TimeThe new company relies on an experienced team (from left to right in the header image): In addition to CEO Matthias Beuth, the leadership team includes Helmut Wimmer (CTO), Holger Meyer (CSO/COO), and VIBS9 inventor Andreas Sander. Together, they share the conviction that digitalization in healthcare must go far beyond the use of tablets.
Moreover, DextraData Healthcare Technologies offers a comprehensive software suite that, thanks to AI technology, enables a high degree of automation and rapid integration. The AI-powered system optimizes communication and task coordination in patient and care services by efficiently distributing tasks via a certified, data protection-compliant telematics infrastructure (TI) messenger, while considering current duty rosters. "This is the only way we can reduce stress and truly relieve healthcare staff," emphasizes Beuth.
DextraData Healthcare Technologies benefits from decades of experience at DextraData GmbH, which celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2025. As early as 2019, the company developed VIBS9, a process optimization platform that revolutionized communication and coordination in emergency care.
Patient Well-being at the CoreIn addition to optimizing processes, DextraData Healthcare Technologies also incorporates state-of-the-art technologies such as IoT, financial management, and compliance solutions into its healthcare suite.
"DextraData Healthcare Technologies enables us to react more quickly and flexibly to the dynamic developments in the healthcare sector. At the same time, we are bundling our existing solutions into a suite that uses AI to meet the complex demands of the industry," explains Shayan Faghfouri, Managing Partner of DextraData's parent company.
DextraData Healthcare Technologies GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of DextraData GmbH, stands for forward-looking digitalization in healthcare.
